- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to this office for most of my life! The phone nurses are too busy so the wait times are outrageous! Everyone is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable; once you are able to get them on the phone. Using the portal was my way to bypass that, but my message has been lost x2 already and it took over 3 business days to get a response on the 3rd attempt.
