  The staff here is wonderful- friendly, helpful and skilled. They have been especially gracious and patient with my children when additional work needed to be done. We have had no complaints about the quality of their work. And we are very grateful that when our kids had Medicaid that they were willing to accept it. What keeps me from a five star rating is the need to pay for all costs at time of service (no payment arrangements) and the fact that more difficult procedures have to be referred out of office. I still highly recommend this dental team.

  I do appreciate the care they do, but it is never explained after my kids recieve it. The dentist never talks except a quick minute before she works on my childs teeth before hand. It is very rushed. The dentist has only been introduced to me ONCE in quite a few years my children have been going because they are not big on communication to patient's parents. They relay on a the assistant to give a quick remark of "he is all set". The dentist should be more the focal point in helping to understand what they do to children's teeth. The office waiting room is not designed for small kids to wait in. It is not a kid friendly waiting area.
