- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Filled out the form online to make an appointment. Immediately got a call from the office about scheduling an appointment. As a hearing aid wearer, I had a hard time hearing the receptionist on the phone. I politely asked her to repeat what she said. She seemed annoyed that I asked her to speak more clearly. She put me on hold and I hung up and called another audiologist who kindly and graciously got my information and made an appointment. Pretty half of the people calling this place will be hard of hearing or having temporary hearing problems.
